Squeeze lemon to produce 1/2 oz of juice.
In a mixing glass, add the vodka, apricot liqueur, apricot nectar, and lemon juice. Add a scoop of ice. Shake for 30 seconds.
Add a large, single ice cube to a rocks glass. Pour the shaker mixture into the glass.
Add the Prosecco to the top of the cocktail. Stir if desired.
Using a cocktail spear, pierce a dried apricot and slide it onto the spear. Place the spear on the glass to garnish.
