Pomegranate Sour

Materials

  • 3 oz Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine (optional)
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Lemon Slice (garnish)

Instructions

  • In a shaker, combine pomegranate seeds and rum. Muddle until the seeds are broken down and the juice is out.
  • Add grenadine, lemon juice, simple syrup, and the egg white. Add ice. Shake for 30 seconds.
  • Using a strainer, strain the mixture into a rocks glass over a single ice cube.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice.
